Measured myself this morning. My waist is 29” and my hips are 44”. My waist to hip ratio is .66 and I succeeded in shrinking my waist while maintaining my booty. Grenada Carnival is gonna get a show this year. 😏

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, but especially to my kids dad. They really won the lottery in getting him as a father. Being fatherless myself, he is what I wish I had! Good fathers are so underrated in the role they play in their childrens lives. I don’t know where we would be without him!!

Yep!!! I have flat feet and it causes knee and hip pain. I have worn crocs primarily since 2021 when I started doing Pilates because it’s easier. When I went to my ortho doc (doc of the Commanders), he told me that crocs are surprisingly supportive and they’re helping my back, knee, and hip pain.
