Maybe? Or maybe he felt his book would sell better if he presented himself in a manner (not as much of a sellout-to-tech-bro Thiel + racist fascist) that was more palatable to ppl who buy & read books .

If some entity, maybe the govt, regulated the compensation structure of their businesses based on a ratio of highest compensation to lowest in a given company, that might help.

Agreed. I was going to follow up with both of these points
(1) Kegseth’s mom, appropriately critical, lacks integrity
(2) Vance has what I would call Mommy issues, daddy issues, and, not for nothin’, demonstrating that as an adult, he has a conscience & can maintain a moral stand.

As a person who appreciates the sacrifices made by heroic military members, it was truly a disappointment. I posted this to say that even stalwart patriots get sullied when they try to elevate a leader who’s as unscrupulous as Dump.

Regrettably, Gen Kelly, in his role as Dump’s Chief of Staff, lied about Rep Fredericka Wilson’s (D-FL) claim that Dump upset a slain soldier’s widow by telling her that the late soldier “knew what he was getting into”. After Dump repeatedly insulted all enlisted ppl, Kelly finally outed Dump.
