Also I remembered while piping to keep twisting the bag at the top to keep it shut and keep up pressure on the batter. I really needed that pressure to force the kinda stiff batter through the tip. Even with my hands warming it up it was stiff. I was worried the bag might blow out.

The stadium cup in action. This keeps the top nice and open as the bottom gets heavier with whatever you plan to pipe, both hands free, plus you can scrape the spatula on the rim. I’m amazed I haven’t seen this trick before. Maybe I’m the only weirdo who keeps those souvenir cups, AND bakes?
