Ty so much! I used clip studio with some custom oil painting brushes (a mix of a textured tip + textured stroke + color jitter by hue)

I made quite a few of them for a while T_T I love them

oops forgot this first one <3 later I turned it into a canvas painting

Just as I untangle history and symbolism in thought, my eye works to decipher the visual tangle of branches and leaves, translating it into understandable forms. I hope these paintings evoke the same sense of awe I felt beneath the coffee trees.

Seeing these strong symbols that encapsulate so much meaning fills me with a deep connection to those who came before me. How much of this city's essence depended on this fruit, and how many lives were shaped by its cycles?
