Never lose to the clock again lol.

Android 13 is a very slept on option in sparking Zero,

As well as getting all the Android benefits, he starts every battle with 3 bars of Ki and 2 skill points.

This allows you to instantly transform to Fusion 13 (turning a 5DP into a 7DP for free) or instantly use Wild Sense for free priority.
