We are so lucky that Mark Carney has agreed to take this on. He’s going to make one heck of a PM!
We should not forget whose succession planning made this happen. Didn’t totally like how it went down in the end, but Justin Trudeau knew precisely who Canada needed.

Not sure I would call it stupidity, but rather the US has a very low literacy rate due to a terrible education system. Also they are stuck with the voters from the Bible Belt who are hell bent on hurrying up the great rapture. Seriously scary indoctrination. Sadly we suffer from a similar problem
