Only just realised it’s approaching (next few weeks) the 1st year of taking up running as a hobby and it’s been one hell of an experience physically and mentally but wouldn’t change it for the world 💙🙂 it’s made me feel stronger and a much fitter person as a result.

Today’s parkrun result official just came through… delighted with the progress :) 2 weeks ago I did 29:50 and came 384th 🏃♂️

Will be honest, if I had one concern about tomorrow it’s the fact that we’ll turn up at the CBS expecting Lampard to work miracles straightaway, may not be like that as he’s barely had 48 hours to work with the squad. We have to be patient #pusb

One thing I will say, Rhys Carr deserves credit for changing things around the 55th minute mark today for the substitutions and actually was proactive. A major criticism of MR was not using the sub’s bench effectively in my opinion #pusb
