I've worked with Randy and the staff at Greenlawn in the past to track down the unmarked grave of Prospect Place's bricklayer and notorious 1800's criminal George Blackburn. They do great work and have extensive record keeping.

Ironically, the find would also lead to disproving prior "legends / misinformation" about the wreck that had been previously aired on a popular paranormal show.

The crash site would later be featured on EP18 of the C-Bus Paranormal Paracast.

Honestly, I didn't buy a lot of the stories that were being told there. However, I'm sure if it drums up business the legends will survive into the new location.

There was quite a bit of push back when we cleaned house on the Mansion's history at first. 1800's legends, trainwreck crash sites, etc.

The TV networks haven't been allowed in since.

It's an awesome location. My advice would be to ignore what has been previously stated on the television shows. A lot of it was legend based instead of factual from the prior owner.

I'm one of the historians of the house, and we're still finding a lot of new information on it. Highly recommended.
