CBM UK welcomes the recognition of the serious impact of the climate crisis on the communities who have done the least to cause it but regrets that there was no mention of disability inclusion.

We believe that people with disabilities must have a seat at the decision-making table and that climate action needs to be strong, inclusive, and well-resourced. We're proud to stand with others calling on the UK Government to champion a bold and fully-funded outcome on just transition at #COP30.
More than 45 charities, campaigners and trade unions have signed our open letter urging UK Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero Ed Miliband to back an ambitious outcome on just transition at the UN Climate Summit #COP30.
