Also said was how they can’t believe what’s happened in the US, how could we have elected such a person, a criminal! & how sorry they felt for us. I’ve never been pitied as an American & it was a very uncomfortable feeling. No one was cruel about it, & in a way the kindness made me feel worse.

It’s become obvious the MSM & non-maga politicians have caved, except for Newsom, Pritzker, Bernie & AOC. As you say, that leaves it to us, the American people, to save our country from that abomination & his magats. I’ll be in the streets as much as I can, even in the heat (mid-upper 80s in PNW).

Yep. Surgery was 2 weeks ago, & elective. Just an itchy & achy incision left. And I can only lift one dachshund at a time for another 4 weeks.

Crime WAS down - in January - but then a convicted felon, rapist, & pedophile took over our government with his Nazi criminal cronies & cult followers & suddenly crime is running rampant in DC. It’s obvious what the problem is.

We, the People, are having to make up the shortfall in the budget with our own higher taxes in order for trump & the morbidly rich to have lower taxes. He won't risk their $

Just finishing another binge of DS9 tonight - 2 months to watch all 7 seasons. Moving on to Strange New Worlds next, then maybe Voyager. We'll quit Paramount+ when they get rid of Colbert so we're busy watching all the ST series. And I really like Maslany's brother, Daniel, on Murdoch Mysteries.

About 84 degrees, a nice breeze, clean air. It doesn't get any better than this, Rick! And Barry Manilow was pretty good, too. Having some trouble with some of the notes, but a fun show, considering he's 82. Took me back to my late teens & 20s.
