For Trans Day of Remembrance we read the names of the dead and for each name, cut a rose from its stem. I wrote something to try and end with hope. I couldn't read it. There are too many here and I don't know if it will get better.

12. Bluebeard's Bride - How did I not mention Bluebeard's Bride to this point?!? One of my favorite memories in gaming was running this where a 1950's housewife fed a player's hand lovingly into a garbage disposal on a soundstage to of crackling audience laugh track.

It's such an amazing book-as-art-object. Just oozes style and graphic design in a way that's really inspiring. So while the game itself might not be my fav, I often pop it open for inspiration.

7. Call of Cthulhu - Listen I'm a simple man and I like the classics. One of my favorite games I'm running right now is the Masks of Nyarlathotep campaign and it's so fucking good. Any time I have an excuse to dig up my 1920s library its a good time.

2. Alice is Missing - A game I will always volunteer to run. Got me interested in designing ttrpgs in the first place. Something about having an actual timer on the game also makes it easier to get people to commit to playing. Fucks up my feelings every time.
