Start of the special contributed session on Large Language Models and Causality at CDSM '23. Amit Shama presents some novel results on this exciting topic coming out of Microsoft Research. ➡️ causalscience.org

Start of the 2nd day of #CDSM23. Tom Dudda from TU Dresden presenting preliminary results of a study (w/ Lars Hornuf) on the use of ML methods in top business and econ journals (FT50). On average, there seems to be relatively little gain in terms of accuracy compared to traditional benchmark models.
