Our country's push to link health insurance to full-time employment does not always mean employees are getting free health insurance. It often means employees are getting a discount for an expensive policy that their employer subsidizes, and the employee may still be paying $1000/month to have it.

I understand. I'm launching my kids (both in their 20s) into the world right now, and it's a brutal world to send them into. I worry about all of our young people.

The teen in that video is from my own town, which is being targeted by ICE. Lots of community pushback and trainings, thankfully.

I will have to get back to you on that one. This entire process of adapting a script to the stage is brand new to me, and I'm not sure what will be happening with the play beyond its performance in my local theater.
