i found out my gym has an exercise bike with a powermeter that u can connect to
i was easily able to hit 1000w and then it got overloaded and stopped giving any resistance

i tried painting in vr for teh first time
it turned out a bit goofy but im not used to not having undo or layers or ability to easily edit stuff x.x

I did a 115km ride on my fatbike yesterday!
very gearing limited due to 28t front ring so can't go much faster and I had to stop every time i wanted to drink so i think the stats were alright given the circumstances

hadn't touched my quest2 in 6 months and when I went to pick it up I found the silicone face pad cover had started disintegrating/melting?? wtf? the whole thing was sticky like fly paper and it would not wash off with any soap, i was only able to get it off with alcohol

ran into a bug where having steamvr running in the background disables vsync in swingmapper when launched through steam and apparently it runs at over 3600 fps in editor lol

My second index cable is already breaking and i've barely even used it. Seems like they always fail at the same point regardless if its clipped to the strap or not. Added a brace so hopefully it won't get worse.

It was an amazing experience, at first I couldn't even leave the lobby spawn area due to anxiety but eventually I ended up meeting lots of cool new people and having tons of fun! Absolutely loved the dreamy space theme too!

i ran out of money for my space program (stainless steel is expensive) so im doing gamedev stuff again.
here is swingmapper running natively on linux, i've been porting it for the past few days. The main game is already ported so hopefully I can start working on content and features again soon
