Have you ever masked so hard and long that now when people don’t look you in the eyes you forget that there is a conversation happening? Yep. Today my friend asked me to recall the conversation we were having (also neurodivergent) and because they had stopped looking me in the eyes I couldn’t.

Saw a post that really resonated with me today. It said something along the lines of, “starting to feel like Helms Deep.”

I am tired. There are a million reasons, but that’s the post.
