I ate a cactus! 🌵 Yes! A cactus. I visited south Texas along the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Our hosts took us to a marvelous restaurant/take out place that has award winning blue tortilla tacos. On the menu was cactus tacos. I had to try it. The cactus itself was not very flavorful, but the sauce was!
