It’s naive to think midterms & 2028 elections will be fair. This regime’s actions are not those of one that plans to run in a democratic election ever again.
Investigate the election security and integrity issues the US already experienced in 2024. That is the way to oust this fascist regime.

Came here to see what was up with those files. Not seeing any action even though by law they must be released now.

In a world where Trump doesn’t believe he needs US Congress to legitimize anything by passing legislation, for some reason he believes he can’t just release the Epstein files without Congress legislating it? But oh—now it’s an ongoing investigation so…

A good message, but please don’t support World Without Exploitation - they advocate for policies that are really harmful to sex workers.

Letter from Chicago broadcast veterans: Federal immigration agents have traumatized us and eroded our rights
The fact that some federal immigration forces may be leaving soon is cold comfort given the damage they’ve done.

You probably saw videos of a nighttime raid in Chicago. Agents rappelling from a helicopter, bursting down doors, questioning brown-skinned immigrants.

We investigated -- and found little evidence to support the government’s claims about Tren de Aragua.

“I Lost Everything”: Venezuelans Were Rounded Up in a Dramatic Midnight Raid but Never Charged With a Crime
Authorities said Tren de Aragua “terrorists” had taken over the building. A ProPublica investigation found little evidence to back up the government’s claims. For the first time, the Venezuelans arres...

Removing a monument honoring Black US soldiers has nothing to do with DEI. It’s erasure of history and it’s straight-up racism.

Boy do I wish I could have a chat with all the naysayers when I posited that Epstein was a dirt factory for Putin. How many times have we asked "what does Putin have on Trump?" www.politico.com/news/2025/11...
Jeffrey Epstein claims he gave Russians insight into Trump
Newly released emails show the late convicted sex offender’s extensive network of foreign contacts, whom he corresponded with about Trump’s policy decisions.

Now would be an excellent time for someone to leak damaging information from the Epstein files.

A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court granted the Trump administration's request to enforce its discriminatory passport policy while our lawsuit makes its way through the courts.

This decision undermines the freedom of transgender, non-binary, and intersex people to have our IDs reflect who we are.

The key thing to watch here: they fired a Wired political reporter. That’s the title doing the most effective, pointed work. Teen Vogue’s stuff was culturally impactful, but less focused on investigating the administration. Within the Condé portfolio, Wired and the New Yorker are the canaries.
New: Conde Nast fired four employees who were among a group that confronted the company's head of human resources on Wednesday over the decision to fold Teen Vogue into Vogue/recent cuts. Employees who were fired included journalists from the New Yorker, Wired, and Bon Appétit.
