As the UK and EU carve up fishing rights, I don't give a damn which party gets to trash our marine ecosystems by overexploiting fish populations, ripping up the seafloor and killing vast numbers of "non-target" animals. I just want this orgy of destruction to stop.

A Reed Bunting (Emberiza schoeniclus) singing in the reeds around the lake on my local patch. It can always be a bit of a struggle to capture birds that are hidden in amongst reeds but I got lucky here

Four images from my 2014 book 'The Pool'... a celebration of a small woodland pool very near my home which is no more than 2 metres across.

Created quickly, over just a month or two, this series was a very meditative & enjoyable experience.

What a load of old bollocks - Farage shouldn’t be allowed to get away with spouting this nonsense. The CBI reported just last week that the net zero sector is growing 3 times faster than the overall UK economy, & renewable energy is far cheaper than fossil fuels 🙄
Net Zero is hiking your bills - UK industry is being MASSACRED by Labour
IT is clear for all to see that Sir Keir Starmer and his Government can’t stop talking about Reform UK. Up until just a few weeks ago, the Prime Minister had not mentioned us once in the House of C…
