By the way, exercise is good for health in many ways but lousy for weight loss.

As a person who has struggled with weight my entire 80 years, in my case, it is genetic. I have participated in a medical weight loss program for 6 years determined to lose naturally. This year I “gave in” and began ZepBound. It has made a world of difference.
