Y'all September can just go fuck itself. This is what happened to our kerosene tank just now (how we heat our house in winter). I at least managed to close the valve so it stopped spilling kerosene all over the grass.

The Spouse was trying to stabilize the base and it slid right off.

We managed to make it all the way through Oneiron! This was the first time for a couple of people who weren't with us the last time.

Garaile Folant, a man you'd only have met if you ventured into the bad parts of Ul'dah. There are rumors he's originally from Gridania, but no one remembers exactly how long he's been in Ul'dah. They just know people who cross him have a tendency to disappear. Well, those are just rumors...

So what does playing Lifeweaver for all 26 minutes of a King's row match look like? We went 4 rounds.

When I tell you I spent this match fighting for my life and trying to keep my tank from falling over and then I see "expected" at the end, I was so irritated.

DRG still holds a very special place in my heart. It was my first job and I still play it on my main, but used my elezen gal for this. (Doing more later.)

Getting back to my favorite FFXIV duties, this time from HW it's Great Gubal Library. It's fun to walk through, maybe peruse the books. I hear there's a cautionary tale to be read about summoning voidsent. (IYKYK)

There's so many little touches throughout Haukke Manor that really convey the creepiness and horror of the story associated with the duty. Unfortunately you don't get to appreciate them when you're running around fighting things.
