Ah yes, the four most famous fetishes: breasts, hair, bald, and nose. They get to a few more but don't even include feet, the most famous mainstream fetish???

Things definitely suck now, but go read a mid-century book on gender or sex if you want to see the dumbest shit ever written.

Cane's wasn't on the tier maker I found, but it's A tier. Chick-Fil-A is UNRANKED for obvious reasons but would be comfortably S tier on food alone. Taco Bell makes S tier not for quality but because every few weeks I crave it and nothing else will do.

Don't know about y'all but I got a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Magic card back when I was a kid.

My personal tier list is something like this, though I could probably be persuaded a bit on some of them.

Does anyone in my circles have any expertise on Native American artifacts? I found this child-sized chair at an estate sale and I have no doubt that it's early 1800s at least but I'd be curious if anyone knows more!

If I were Wizards of the Coast and I had one of the very few brands to show robust success for 30+ years running, I'm not sure why I'd want to adopt the same exact business model as these guys. Guess that's why they make the big bucks and I never get called back for consulting work!

There's a monologue from X-Men '97 that I've been thinking about for weeks. It happens right after mutant haven Genosha is destroyed by bigoted fascists in an unprovoked terrorist attack.

I bought a boom box at an estate sale this weekend and when I asked if it worked, both people running the sale warned me not to listen to the "awful red CD" they found inside when they went to test it. They said the boom box itself was fine, just please don't listen to the awful CD. This was it:

I wonder how many Americans know that Iran is a modern country and Tehran looks kinda like Salt Lake City. It's not sepia-filtered bombed-out hovels with one sad kid dribbling around a soccer ball like the middle east is always depicted in US media.

There's the same data expressed in an even more damning chart, showing the statistical unlikelihood of the early vote following this model. This is not normal, random human behavior, and it doesn't correlate to any particular news event, either. I cannot come up with an alternative explanation.
June 11, 2025 at 6:54 PM
What is this showing? Well, it shows a normal voting distribution for every voting booth up until the 250th vote in each county has been cast. At that point, it flips to roughly 60% Trump 40% Harris for all other ballots. Huh! That's odd!
June 11, 2025 at 6:51 PM
This is the one that really gets me, though. This is Clark County, Nevada, and it shows the distribution of Harris vs. Trump votes over time on election day vs. the early vote. The ED scatter plot is what you'd expect to see. The early vote scatter plot looks VERY suspicious.

This is the nut of the case that's proceeding in New York, and if anyone wants to give me an explanation for it that doesn't involve fraud, I'd be happy to hear it.

Sure, we all know the Colorado Rockies are bad this year, but my god, this chart is a work of art.

The old adage of "all baseball teams win 50 games and lose 50 games and it's the other 60 that matter" is being put to the test here.
