Spent 5 hours on my syntax exam yesterday... even missed my last 2 classes of the day in order to finish it. In general, I feel incredibly competent in linguistics, but syntax has, by far, been the most humbling subject I’ve ever studied.

$20 says Trump is allowing a Qatari base on U.S. soil so Qatari troops can join ICE efforts. We wouldn’t know non-citizen soldiers are assisting the efforts bc they’re all masked anyway.

Never forget that a sitting president ordered Texas to invade Illinois, and Texas chose to invade. He was right about a war from within, but it’s a war he wanted and a war he started.

Both of the co-founders of Turning Point USA died from things that were preventable, but which they mocked and urged this nation to ignore. Bill Montgomery was killed in 2020 by COVID and Charlie Kirk was killed in 2025 by gun violence.

I hope, and I pray (and I don’t pray very often), that when this is all over.. the new government puts every cabinet member, ICE agent, military member, and judge that participated in this betrayal of justice and of the Constitution on trial for treason and crimes against humanity.

The revolution will be violent resistance against the regime, and compassionate community care among the citizenry. If we instigate the former without ensuring we have the infrastructure for the latter, we will lose. We MUST care for one another while we resist the tightening fist of fascism.
