Don’t automatically assume that your elected officials will do the right thing because we know that half of them won’t and may try to capitulate under pressure. Call your elected officials and be a constant, unceasing pain in their ass. You elected them to work for you not the other way around.

If trans rights get taken away then that opens the door for them to take away others’ rights also. Saying trans rights are human rights is not hyperbole or an exaggeration because you know it’s not so don’t leave anything to chance. especially when dealing with legitimately gleefully evil people.

and if trans people aren't enough for you to get up and moving (they should be, what the HELL is wrong with you!!) know that it's not just trans people who are on the line, even if they're at the front of it. this is just as much about human rights as much as it is about trans rights specifically
