Out of curiosity, I googled this guy's name I found another charity in his name, and at some point he changed the story from a boy who was about to die to a starving girl. Also a ton of banned Tumblr accounts.

Twitch couldn't afford to roll out 1440p worldwide and part of their cost-cutting measures they cut out 1080p transcoding.
So if you're in literally 90% of the world that's not the US&Canada and Western Europe you're forced to watch 720p streams.
Or just close Twitch(the sane option)
