Funny how Bonzi Buddy, one of the more infamous examples of spyware, was mostly guilty of tracking user info to shove ads on the user. Nowadays that’s basically how, yknow, *everything* works to the point that you have to ask apps not to do that.

3M knew, according to the article, that it was filling the whole world with cancer inducing chemicals since the 70s and only in 2022 said that it was going to stop using them, eventually, while most of their portfolio uses similar chemicals.
