Bike without e-assist 20 miles from Santa Monica to Redondo Beach wasn't really an option.
Recently sold my radwagon after 3,000 miles of daycare drop offs and got an Abound. A decisive factor for me was buying from a local shop that could service the electronics, because I had some buggy electronics on my Rad and couldn't get any local help.

Widespread rainfall, likely on order of at least a couple of inches, is likely later next week in Norcal; in SoCal, rain of some magnitude appears increasingly likely but there is wider plausible range (from light-moderate to rather heavy). But confidence is high in *some* rain.
