Well...its done! After many years of waiting and months of preparation, the medical transition is (pretty much) over.
I have much more to say, so many thank you's to give, and all that jazz! But for now, I'm going to recover privately, starting with enjoying some chicken breast (for the meme)

As we mourn the 1,218 lives lost that day, let us also keep alive the dream of a lasting peace and a better future for all.
