Thanks to a $13 electric coffee grinder (our dedicated spice grinder) I turned a cup of the aromatic veggies I dehydrated a few weeks ago into two 4 oz. jars of a veggie/salt blend! One for now, and one vacuumed-sealed for sometime in the future. Total cost?
