With my beloved voice teacher, Mr. George Shirley at his birthday party last year. An extraordinary, widely-acclaimed, trail-blazing singer and teacher — and THE most humble and lovely human being! I’ve learned so much from him about music and life. ❤️❤️❤️ #blackhistorymonth

I never thought that Disturbed’s version of Sound of Silence could get any more emotional, any better. Well, it seems you just need to add a Myles Kennedy as Art Garfunkel and there you go!
Absolutely sublime. 🍻🍻👏🏻👏🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Love is not just an idea. Love is something alive, living, personal, and true, the creating and nourishing power within life. It is patient, free to all, and it is medicine and food.

How to write: Stop not writing. Keep your butt in the chair. Write really bad small sections of the whole—passages, moments, episodes, memories—til you have an incredibly shitty 1st draft. Then take out the boring parts, the lies and pretensions. Then write a better 2nd draft.
