Received emails this morning informing us that the IRS has locked the court out of the system that handles all of our payments, payments to expert witnesses, court reporters for transcript services, interpreters. There are probably other vendor types I’m not thinking of but this is pretty shocking.

This is the acting US Attorney for DC. He only cares about protecting the plunder, he doesn’t give a shit about protecting the property of the American people.

The max penalty here is intentional because with a 20 year max, there is an automatic presumption of detention that the defendant must then overcome with some evidence that s/he is not a danger to the community/risk of nonappearance. By statute this a low burden, in practice, it’s hard to overcome.

That’s acting United States Attorney Morris Pasqual in the photo standing next to the woman in the bottom photo. I can only assume this means they will be prosecuting people for illegal entry/illegal reentry as well.
