I would warrant a guess that many or most have only a paycheck or two in the bank, for fluid and immediate use. Their IRAs and 401Ks, the stock market, will those protections disappear? How about home owner's insurance and mortgage protections?

Grapes, chz chunks, nuts (1/2 salted, 1/2 just roasted), dried fruit, bananas, rice n lentils (w sw chili sauce or lemn juice) w grapes/raisins/tomatos/nuts, yogurt or gogurt, hard boiled egg, cold omelette w veg n chz, those flat seaweed snax, guac n chips n salsa, crackers... ❤️
