About 25 years ago, the realization that MEN ARE THE DEFAULT, and the puzzlement, anger, and questioning it ensued, put me right on track of becoming A Strident Feminist. I encourage any young person who is having this epiphany to read The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir. a classic & eye-opening!
