More specifically, she had received the "Seal of Excellence" for a #MSCA fellowship proposal with me as a supervisor. Then the Italian ministry of #research made a call for "Seal of Excellence" holders.

Those positive experiences early on contrasted with other less positive experiences. This helped me grow as an author and in some ways influenced my way of being an editor later on
