My first thoughts turn to russian sabotage with every event like this.
Leaders need to open their eyes, launch investigations and realise how far into this war we already are.
Then arm Ukraine to the hilt before they fall and it all gets ten times more expensive for the west.

Power plants attacks will temporarily inconvenience civilians and limit industries, but oil refinery attacks will more permanently do similar and also starve the kremlin of cash. More refineries please.

She naively thinks that if Poland and the Baltics had maintained diplomatic relations with their former despotic invader, that they wouldn't have continued the despotic invading in Ukraine.
