In case any still thinks predatory journals actually do peer review for that fee, I just found an article w/ the exact same paragraph pasted into the intro of 4 different sections on completely different things. It wasn't even author reviewed. They don't even proof read. I did scrape references ;-*

I can report that my online classmates seem pretty ok. Way better than my last experience where every interaction felt like folks were ticking boxes. Maybe it's because they're library people. 🩵
