San Diego doesn't need to spend billions of dollars to improve airport service, just run the 992 late enough for all arriving planes. Had no choice but pay $40 for a Lyft.

Within a block of the 215's run, starting at Robinson and ending at the 805 - a 1.8 mile span - there are 1018 homes currently under construction...
