-Overall, sensi (90.2%) but suboptimal spec (73.9%) , subgroups below.
- With good spec. could it be used as a near POC for TPT? Maybe, but would need to compare cost-effectiveness to other tools including CRP.

#CROI2025 🔥 2. Poster-Andrew Kerkhoff #UCSF and #CIRDZ team shared data from an active case finding at social drinking venues in Zambia with digital CXR and XPRT. Yield: 9.6% of bar staff (N-52) and 4.6% of patrons (N=388) with new diagnosis of TB, NNT=19. Acceptability was high! #TBSky

What about once daily DTG? The DOLPIN moms team did PK simulations...
❌ NO for daily DTG with 1HP in pregnancy, but 3HP is a possibility (troughs above goal). PK sampling of pregnant women taking daily DTG and 3HP is underway!
