There is no reason to rent from a new condo in Toronto because there is no rent control on the new ones. So they are just sitting empty in the middle of a housing crisis. Remember this when elections come around.

It's Doug Fords jurisdiction regarding potential congestion pricing which means it won't be implemented any time soon. People refuse to listen to solutions but they sure love to complain.
