I dunno how anyone does upper/lower splits 😩 I run out of steam way too fast for it to be worth it. That or I need to stop being dumb and lower the weight.

Idaho Falls pride is tomorrow...I feel so stuck on if I should go or not. On one hand, going may be a good step towards conquering my social anxiety. On the other hand, I'm being held back by a bombardment of excuses, some more valid than others, but none by themselves should stop me. 🫠

The Idaho Falls pride event is in 4 days...part of me wants to attend, but I would be going by myself and wouldn't know anyone there. Maybe I should wait until my boyfriend can attend an event with me, cause I don't want to entirely miss out on such beautiful events every single pride year. 😓

I may actually have the confidence to go to a pride event this year! 🏳️🌈 I'm shocked that Idaho Falls has their own decently sized event for it despite being a generally conservative town. They also have a drag show, too! 😳
