🔹 No definition
🔹 No ID process
🔹 No pathway to protection
200K+ ppl are left in limbo. We urge USCIS to reinstate guidance + Congress to pass the #StatelessProtectionAct.

NEW: There's now a second lawsuit aimed at Trump's order imposing sanctions on the ICC, filed today in SDNY by law professors Gabor Rona and Lisa Davis who argue that it's basically a copy+paste of a Trump 1st admin order that Rona and others successfully challenged in 2020.
