Take me back to when machines were controlled like the exosuit from Aliens. When they had big handles, hydraulic levers, steam hissing from every joint, and also you could use them to fight aliens.

You could look at it as a way to explore styles, or focus on dialing into a certain style if you're aiming for one! Tons of comics change style super drastically as they're starting off. As a reader I just see that as a natural part of the process, and enjoy seeing the development!
