Our Xmas tree had been up for a week, we finally found some time last night to decorate the darn thing. It’s lovely in here! 🎄

Tonight’s dinner: homemade Wisconsin cauliflower soup served with toasted cheese, lettuce & tomato sandwiches. 😋

Every year since my kids were born they’ve chosen an ornament to go on their very own little Xmas trees. It’s neat to see their choices through the years for both of them!

Man, I love to cook and am always trying new recipes. Last night’s new offering was Greek meatballs in tomato sauce, which I served with cheesy mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. My family wholeheartedly approved! Another keeper!! 😋
