The "back way when..." is mainly false memories. 50 years ago, there was poverty, biting cold winters, war veterans dying homeless, elderly care was appalling, ppl with autism-dementia or any mental health issues were placed in the looney bin.

Its basic human rights... besides.. the 3-star hotel owners get paid to house the refugees. Instead of blaming the refugees.. why dont these right wing nutters blame the hotel owners for being greedy ?

Im sure there wasn't a chapter on how to be a Populist politician. The GenX populist politician was Young, Good looking and well educated. These days... anything goes.

I agree. Its truly a shame that with avaliable high standards of education in the UK, people choose not to utilise education, learning and posses the power of knowledge. Instead.. happy being lemmings.

Brexit = cost to build new plant, cost and tax of import raw materials, cost and tax of export to EU and Schengen countries. Besides.. if that £100M can be put into use for the economy... meh.

If voters want alternative .. they should read party manifesto. Each party have different manifesto. If voters go to Reform because they offer some different then I blame the voters for being undereducated.

If I was #BBC execs id just show the whole Trump speech non stop and accuse him of inciting hate and violence. Whats the worse that can happen.. Trump could sue? He's sueing anyway.

Modern ? No.. Farage's way of communication to the public is as old as time itself. Nothing new about it. In 1929, massive rise of right wing in US saw similar speeches. 1930's as well. So.. its not modern. People just choose to forget.
