Tattoo needles are way different than medical needles. If there's a chance you'd be ok it, reach out to a tattoo artist and tell them you have a phobia. They'll likely talk you through the process, show the needles they use, etc. which may help? Getting tattooed helped my medical needle aversion 😊

One thing I've recently realized, I really like helping people. It brings me joy. If I don't ask for help when I need it, I'm depriving others of the opportunity to help me and feel the same joy.
It's not perfect. I still struggle to ask, but it helps me see the logic. You're not a burden 💜
