It's easy to get burned out working on a game for years on end.

Taken together, the Possibility Space email to staff and the Crop Circle statement paint a picture of the Strains as people who fundamentally think their feelings and comfort are their real and important, and those of their employees were and are abstractions. Incredibly contemptible.
