If I had a pound for every time Stephen Macht played an alien in the mid 90s, who worked for a provisional government, and visited a round space station, I would have 2 pound, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.

Cumberbatch should have been Dr Soran. Using his El-Aurian understanding of time he feels like Kirk will be the cause of his death. He gets the powers instead of Gary Mitchell and seeks preemptive revenge. It makes the film act as a sequel to Generations while honouring the alternate events of TOS.

I really just love the variety of Trek comics we get these days.

There’s an episode in season 2 of Babylon 5 where an Explorer class ship comes through the gate and Sheridan is gushing over how great it is and no one’s ever seen a ship like it, and there’s dramatic music every time it appears, and it’s basically some bits of scaffolding.
