I remember being completely aware that SNES had objectively better graphics/sound, but choosing a Sega Genesis, simply because it looked much cooler as an object. I was a grumpy little Oscar Wilde.
Beyond all the nonsense of this bizarre timeline, and the jokes, here's an observation from an old-timer: the console wars didn't start with Halo. 🤷♂️
