I made a monarch waystation in my garden to help with their struggling population. I have flowers they like that bloom during different season so they have as much food as possible all year. It is year 2 and i saw 4 today using it. Milkweed and Echinacea are a big hit.

Set it on a stone in the sugar water. Gave it an aster flower for food. Put it in a less windy area with some plants to help buffer the wind. Hope it makes it.

Anyone know what to do to help this butterfly? Found it laying sideways on driveway. Gave a little sugar water and righted itself. Not sure what else to do.

This may not look like much, but my boy is interested in the world again and looking out the window! The new renal diet has given him a lot of energy and he no longer sleeps the day away. I think he’s filling out a bit more every day. @peytonreads.bsky.social

We were lucky to have a few dog pools by us. My boy loved swimming. But only if he had his squeaky chicken toy thrown numerous times to retrieve. Otherwise, no interest 😂
