I would seek a specialist and then get a second oppinion.

I dont think your BP is the problem. I would see a doctor for a full check up.
120/80 is ideal, but 111/71 is perfectly fine.
If it was below 90-80 I would be concerned, but this is a safe number.
These are also examples of good BP. The bottom numbers are a little low, but still good
