Just finished Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. The main character was at times clever, arrogant, flawed, and fumbling. Yet by the end of the book, it shared a perspective that is already dear to me.

It's Monday evening, and I'm looking for a light switch. Do I want to shine out?

My work computer just died. I guess I should be more distraught, but I find my heart filled with laughter and light.

I went to sleep feeling a need to reach out into the world. I wake up wondering which way to reach.
